Shipping policy

All orders are shipped internationally from the UK using Royal Mail services.  

As our pieces are made in limited drops, all orders are fulfilled on a pre-order basis. Standard dispatch time is within 3 weeks from the order date. Should there be any unforeseen delays, you will be notified promptly by email.  

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and courier performance.  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available for your destination).  

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their local authorities. We do our best to inform you of the potential for these charges based on your country, but they are not set or collected by us, and we cannot be held responsible for them.  

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we cannot reroute packages once dispatched.  

We are not responsible for courier delays or customs processing times, but we will always keep you informed and support you in tracking your order.
