What does 'Perfectly Imperfect' mean?
Perfectly Imperfect refers to a small number of pieces from our drops that did not pass our final visual quality check. These garments may have minor cosmetic imperfections, such as small pen marks or subtle fibre or colour irregularities.
While they don’t meet our full visual standard, each piece has been carefully reviewed and is fully wearable. The fabric, fit, and construction remain unchanged. Rather than discarding them, we offer these pieces at a reduced price as a more responsible and accessible option.
How can I be sure of the fabric quality without touching it?
A fair question, and honestly, one of the reasons we started Rūh. We only use natural fibres like cotton and silk, chosen for how they feel, breathe, and support your health.
We’re working towards more formalized certifications, but as a small business with limited resources, it’s not an instant process. In the meantime, we informally share behind-the-scenes content on how we test and verify our fabrics ourselves.

Where do you manufacteur, and how are you sure its ethical?
These pieces were manufactured in Ajman, UAE, at a small tailoring unit we worked with directly and had full visibility over during production. We are no longer producing with this facility.
For our new pieces and future drops, manufacturing has moved to Pakistan, where we are working directly with suppliers and makers aligned with our standards.
Going forward, we aim to work with several specialist suppliers across various Muslim countries, each known for their craft.
Where do you ship from?
Perfectly Imperfect pieces are shipped from the UAE. However, as a small thank you for choosing one of these unique pieces, we offer a flat £5 shipping rate regardless of your location.
For EU, US, and other international orders, customs duties, VAT, or handling fees may be applied on arrival. These charges are set by local authorities and are outside of our control.
Our other collections are shipped from the UK.

Can I return or exchange?
Perfectly Imperfect pieces are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are already reduced to reflect their condition and are available in very limited quantities.
Each piece has been carefully reviewed to ensure it is fully wearable, and any imperfections are cosmetic only. We encourage you to review the product description and size guide closely before ordering.
